Our studio is located in regional NSW. All care is taken to pack your products as safely and quickly as possible. Postage and handling is an additional charge which is calculated on checkout.
Once full payment has been received for your order, items from our online store will ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise specified. For any personalised extras (such as messages on ornaments etc) please allow an additional 3 days for processing your order.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post or Aramex with tracking included in your postage rates. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is ready to leave the studio. Delivery times vary from 2-7 business days, busy periods may take longer to arrive.
For international shipping costs please reach out via email to email@example.com with details of your preferred items and your delivery address.
Please confirm your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided to us by you. If a parcel has to be resent due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges will apply.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns for change of mind. All orders are final upon payment.
Orders can not be cancelled once they have shipped. Any orders with personalised elements can not be cancelled. If you would like to check the status of your order or request a cancellation, please email email@example.com
While the best care is taken in the production and shipping of goods, unfortunately accidents do happen during the shipping process. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order to discuss a replacement or store credit.
For peace of mind and your security all online payment are processed using Square. No credit card details are stored on our website.
